The Ruling on a Woman Who Has Been Divorced Three Times Returning to Her Husband
My husband said: I divorced you three times, and that was via WhatsApp two years ago. He now wants to live with me. Should I marry another man so that I can live with him again?
Answer
I say, and with God's help: It is not permissible to marry your old husband except after marrying another man, and you should consult the fatwa office to ensure the validity of the old fatwas, and God knows best.
