The Ruling on a Woman Praying in Front of Strangers
If a woman is outside her home in a park or street and the time for prayer arrives, is it permissible for her to pray in front of people?
Answer
I say, and with God's help: She should cover herself as much as she can and pray, and it is forbidden for her to neglect the prayer at its appointed time, and God knows best.
