The Ruling on a Woman Praying in a Public Place
Is it permissible for a woman to pray in a public place where people can see her?
Answer
I say, and with God's help: A woman's prayer is valid in public places, but she should cover herself as much as she can, and she should not abandon prayer because of that, as in rest areas during travel and others. And God knows best.
