The Ruling on a Woman Leading a Group of Women in Prayer
A woman wants to perform the prayer and lead other women. Should she perform the call to prayer as usual, or is it sufficient for her to say the opening Takbir and enter into the prayer?
Answer
I say, and with God's success: It is disliked for a woman to lead other women in prayer. If she does so, she should not establish the prayer immediately, and she should stand in the middle of the first row, and she should not recite aloud. And God knows best.
