I say, and with God's help: A Muslim in a Muslim's home must learn, and he cannot be excused for ignorance; rather, he bears two sins: the sin of not knowing and the sin of not acting. Therefore, a woman must learn the rulings of menstruation, as it pertains to her situation, and God knows best.
