A woman whose husband has died, and during her mourning period, her sister's husband dies. Is it permissible for her to visit her sister while she is in mourning?

I say, and with God's help: Visiting the sister whose husband has passed away is not considered an excuse that permits leaving the waiting period, and God knows best.
