The Ruling on a Mother's Management of Her Orphaned Minor Daughter's Money
I am a widow and receive a modest pension of around one hundred sixty dinars, and I have a minor daughter who receives one hundred dinars from her father's pension. Since my salary is not enough for household expenses, I am forced to use my daughter's salary. Is it permissible for me to manage her salary since she is a minor?

I say, and with God's help: Your daughter's expenses at home should come from her salary, and thus a part of it can be used for food and other things, and God knows best.
