The Ruling on a Mother's Gift of a House to Her Daughters During Her Lifetime
What is the ruling on a mother writing her house in the name of her two daughters? If it is not permissible, can the daughters pay their mother part of the price of the house to register it in their names, or write the house in their names, and then give their mother's sisters their rights after her death?
Answer
I say, and with God's help: If she has no children other than the two daughters, it is permissible to register it in their names, and God knows best.
