The Ruling on a Menstruating Woman Reciting the Quran
How can a menstruating woman memorize the Quran without pronouncing it? Should she write it down, for example?
Answer
I say, and with Allah's success: If she is able to memorize without pronouncing it by passing it through her heart and mind, it is permissible. As for writing it down, it is not permissible, and Allah knows best.
