The Ruling on a Menstruating Woman Reading the Quran
Question: Is it permissible for a menstruating woman to read the Quran from memory or to repeat after the reciter?
Answer
I say, and with God's success: It is permissible for a menstruating woman to recite the Quran in her heart and mind without verbalizing it or moving her tongue, and God knows best.
