The Ruling on a Man Prohibiting His Wife to Himself

Question
He prohibited his wife to himself like the prohibition of his sister. If he cannot fast due to the nature of his work, is it permissible for him to feed sixty needy people? Should he provide food or money?
Answer
I say, and with God's help: He has to perform the expiation for zihar, which is to fast for two consecutive months. If he is not able to do so, he must feed sixty needy people. The nature of his work mentioned does not count as an excuse as long as he fasts during Ramadan, and he is obligated to fast. And God knows best.
