A woman wants to gift her house to one of her children during her lifetime with the consent and forgiveness of everyone. Is this permissible?
Answer
I say, and with God's success: It is permissible for her to gift her son, but she must ensure that the consent of the children is achieved; because consent is usually not present among them, but they are shy in front of their parents. And God knows best.
