A man married his cousin, and she gave birth to a son, then she became pregnant with another child while the husband was traveling. The husband returned from his trip after his wife had given birth, and he divorced her without acknowledging the paternity of the child, claiming that he had not had relations with her before his travel. What is the legal ruling on this matter?
