My father bought a restaurant and registered it in the name of one of his children, and the son has been working in the restaurant alone, receiving a salary of 600 dinars per month for the past five years, and he is in this situation. Has the restaurant become the son's rightful property while the father is still alive, knowing that the siblings oppose this?

I say, and with God's success: The original rule is that the restaurant belongs to the father, and the son has the specified wage unless the father actually gives the restaurant to him, in which case it belongs to him, and God knows best.
