What is the ruling on a fasting person who vomits less than the fullness of the mouth and then vomits again on their own?
Answer
He does not break his fast; due to not having anything exit, as filling the mouth has the ruling of what exits, and anything less than that does not count as exiting; because it can be controlled. Refer to Tabyin 1: 325-326, and رد المحتار 2: 111.
