What is the ruling on a fasting person who ate raw rice during the day of Ramadan?
Answer
If he is not accustomed to eating it, he must make up the fast without expiation; because he does not experience complete desire and craving. However, if he is accustomed to eating it, he must also perform expiation. Refer to Al-Badai 2: 99.
