The Ruling on a Child Reciting the Quran if He Has an Excuse
A child who is seven years old suffers from bedwetting; does this prevent him from holding the Mushaf and reading from it?
Answer
I say, and with God's help: It is not forbidden for a child to carry the Quran even if they are not in a state of ablution, and this ruling is specific to adults. As for children, it is a matter of their upbringing, and God knows best.
