The Ruling of the Congregation for Those Who Arrive Late
If the first congregation has prayed in a group, is it permissible for those who arrive late to pray in a second congregation and also combine their prayers?

I say, and with God's success: gathering has many conditions in other schools of thought, we must avoid it, and God knows best.
