What is the ruling of a fasting person who engaged in intercourse with his wife during the day in Ramadan?
Answer
If a person has sexual intercourse with a desired human during the day in Ramadan, or if he was engaged and the glans penetrated one of the two passages, then he must make up the fast and pay the expiation, whether he ejaculated or not. Refer to Bada'i' al-Sana'i' 2: 100.
