The Ruling if Twenty Out of Forty Camels Die
What is the ruling if twenty out of forty camels die?
Answer
Four are allocated to forgiveness, and eleven to a threshold that follows forgiveness, and five to a threshold that follows this threshold, so he must give four sheep. And apply this if twenty-five, or thirty, or thirty-five perish. Refer to: Sharh Al-Wiqayah, p. 213.
