What is the ruling if the muezzin calls the adhan and he thinks it is the iqamah, then he realizes after he has finished?
Answer
It is better to repeat the call to prayer and to face the establishment of the prayer; in consideration of the continuity between them. See: Fath Bab al-Ianaya 1: 202.
