The Right of Heirs in What They Contributed to the Property During the Heir's Lifetime
Does an heir who built during his father's lifetime have the right to claim what he built after his father's death, in addition to his share of the rest of the building?
Answer
I say, and with God's help: If the money given to the father is a loan, he has the right to demand it back. However, if it was given as a gift to the father, he has no right to demand it back. And God knows best.
