The Right Hand of the Deceased on the Left When Shrouding
When the deceased is shrouded, should their right hand be placed over the left under the navel like in prayer?
Answer
I say, and with God's success: There is no need for that, rather he should extend his hands like the other limbs for ease of washing and inclusion in the shroud, and God knows best.
