I say, and with God's help: There is no disagreement regarding the term "wine"; rather, the disagreement is about the reason for wine, whether it is intoxication or the property of being wine. According to the Hanafi school, it is the property of being wine; therefore, both a little and a lot of it are prohibited. The details can be found in the books of jurisprudence, and God knows best.
