The Quranic Healer and the Foreign Woman He Reads Over

Question
Is it permissible for a Quranic healer, who is an imam of a mosque, to touch the hand of the woman he is reading over, or to place his hand on her head, or to ask her to lie down, in the presence of her mahram, her son?
Answer
I say, and with God's guidance: It is forbidden to touch her hand or head or for her to sleep in front of him, even in the presence of a mahram. Whoever behaves this way is not chaste, but rather a manipulator of the honor of Muslims, so he must be warned against. And God knows best.
