I say, and with God's help: If someone sneezes three times, they should praise God each time, and those present should respond to them between each of the three times. If the sneezing exceeds three times, the person who sneezed should praise God, but those present have the choice; they may respond or not respond, and all of that is good, as mentioned in Al-Muhit 5: 329, and God knows best.
