I say, and with God's help: The hadith of Hunaydah bin Khalid from his wife from some of the wives of the Prophet (peace be upon him), she said: "The Messenger of God (peace be upon him) used to fast the nine days of Dhul-Hijjah, the day of Ashura, and three days of every month, Mondays and Thursdays." And it was narrated by Abu Dawood, and God knows best.
