The Prohibition of the Husband's Father on the Divorced Wife Without Consummation
Since the legal principle states: 'Marriage to daughters prohibits their mothers, and consummation with mothers prohibits daughters,' does this principle apply to the husband's father if the divorce occurred without consummation, making the husband's father permanently prohibited to the wife?

I say, and with God's help: This rule does not apply to anyone other than the mother, and for the other prohibited ones, merely the contract is sufficient, and God knows best.
