Question
What is the ruling on photography for weddings, and taking it as a profession for earning a living, knowing that the woman who does the photography adheres to the Sharia guidelines, as she is modestly veiled and prints the photos in a women's studio, where no men can see her?
Answer
I say, and with God's help: photography in itself is permissible, and earning from it is good as long as the photographer observes the Shariah guidelines, and God knows best.
