Is it meant that the preferred opinion on the gold threshold is 100 grams with a purity of 21, while according to the Shafi'is, the threshold is 85? What is the reason for the difference between contemporary scholars and the ancient ones regarding the threshold?

I say, and with God's guidance: The issue is not a point of contention between the Hanafis and the Shafi'is; rather, contemporary scholars have differed on converting old measurements to modern ones, and there is flexibility in this matter, and God knows best.
