The Preference of Fasting Arafah over Making Up Missed Fasts
I have missed fasts, and I want to fast on Arafah. Is it valid to fast on Arafah and then make up the missed fasts?
Answer
I say, and with God's help: The missed fasts should be made up without haste, and there is no sin in delaying them. It is permissible to fast voluntary fasts before making up the missed fasts, and God knows best.
