The Preferable Time to Give Zakat al-Fitr
Which time is better to give Zakat al-Fitr, from the beginning of Ramadan, or a day or two before Eid?
Answer
I say, and with God's help: It is recommended to give it before going out for the Eid prayer, unless he sees a benefit in giving it before or after, in which case it is permissible for him to give it at what he deems more appropriate for it, and God knows best.
