The Prayer of the Two Rak'ahs of Tawaf
What is the ruling for someone who has entered into Ihram but has not prayed the two Rak'ahs of Ihram?
Answer
I say, and with God's success: If one enters the state of Ihram without prayer, it is permissible but disliked for him, and God knows best.
