I say, and with God's success: The leadership of women does not involve a woman being ahead of the imam among them, but rather she stands in their midst and does not advance over them. It is disliked for women to pray in congregation alone; due to the absence of the imam's advancement and the loud recitation, among other reasons, and because it has not spread and become common in history. If it were a Sunnah like the congregation of men, God knows best.
