The Place of Wiping When Wearing More Than One Sock
A person performed ablution and then wore socks, and over them, he wore a thicker shoe. If he wants to wipe, is it permissible for him to remove the shoe and wipe over the first sock?

I say, and with God's success: If the socks are thick and meet the conditions for wiping, it is permissible for him to wipe over them, and he should not wipe over the leather socks. And God knows best.
