I say, and with God's success: It is disliked to place the hands on the chest after bowing, and the Sunnah is to let the hands hang down after bowing. The act of placing them is a strange opinion mentioned by some contemporary scholars, so it should not be paid attention to, as it contradicts the recognized jurisprudential schools.
