Is it permissible to wipe even one hair from the head for ablution if the woman is outside the house, and removing the hijab is difficult for her?
Answer
I say, and with God's help: The wiping of a quarter of the head is obligatory, so a woman can wet her hand and place it on the back of her head from under the scarf, and that suffices for her, and God knows best.
