The Palace for Those Who Go Out for the Call in the Cause of Allah
When a group goes out in the cause of Allah, do they pray the full prayer or shorten it? Sometimes they enter a specific province and from there they go to the villages, and sometimes between two villages there is no distance of travel, so what do they do?
Answer
I say, and with God's success: It is not permissible for them to shorten the prayer if the distance between the two villages is not the distance of travel, which is more than eighty kilometers, and they are required to complete the prayer, and God knows best.
