Question
What is the order of the seventy who are interceded for by the martyr, meaning who comes before the other?
Answer
I say, and with God's success: In the Musnad of Imam Ahmad from the hadith of Abu Bakr Al-Siddiq (may Allah be pleased with him): "Then it will be said: Call the truthful ones, and they will intercede, then it will be said: Call the prophets, and the prophet will come with a group, and the prophet will come with five or six, and the prophet will come alone, then it will be said: Call the martyrs, and they will intercede for whom they wish," and he said: "When the martyrs do that, Allah, the Exalted, will say: I am the Most Merciful of the merciful, enter My Paradise whoever does not associate anything with Me." So what is mentioned in the hadiths is that the martyr intercedes for whom he wishes without mentioning an order, so we adhere to the texts, and Allah knows best.
