The One with an Excuse for the Holy Quran
Is it permissible for a person with an excuse who performs ablution for each prayer after the time begins to touch the Quran with this ablution even if they become invalid during the prayer?
Answer
I say, and with God's help: The one who has an excuse, if he performs ablution in the time, is permitted everything he needs for purification until the time for prayer and others ends, and God knows best.
