I say, and with God's success: If a minor is wealthy, Fitr charity is obligatory on him, and it should be given by the guardian from his wealth; because reaching maturity is not a condition for the obligation of charity, as it is not purely an act of worship but has the meaning of support. In contrast, zakat is not obligatory on him, as it is purely an act of worship. However, if the minor is poor, it is obligatory on the father. Refer to: Al-Bada'i 2: 70, and God knows best.
