My daughter had a phone in her hand, and she swore on the Quran that it did not belong to her. Then I spoke with her, and she later confessed that it was hers. What is the ruling on her oath?
Answer
I say, and with God's help: This is a false oath; because it immerses its owner in the fire, and he must repent to God Almighty and increase in seeking forgiveness, and God knows best.
