The Oath of Not Approaching the Wife
Following a verbal altercation between me and my husband, he said (by divorce, I will not approach you) meaning intercourse, does this count as an oath or a divorce? How should I act?
Answer
I say, and with God's help: You should prevent him from approaching you until he consults the Fatwa department, or he contacts us to understand the situation, and God knows best.
