My husband swore an oath saying 'You are divorced, divorced' while he was in a state of anger. What is the ruling?
Answer
I say, and with God's help: If he speaks this way and his actions are consistent with the usual behavior of cursing, insulting, hitting, and breaking, then it does not occur; otherwise, it does occur, and God knows best.
