What is the ruling on someone who swore to his wife saying: 'By divorce, I do not know about such and such,' while he is lying and he knows and has not forgotten?
Answer
I say, and with God's help: Conditional divorce occurs when the condition is met. If he is lying in what he says, the divorce takes place, and he should refer to the mufti to confirm its form. And God knows best.
