The Oath by the Forbidden to Not Do Something

Question
If a person says: I swear by the forbidden that I will not eat at your place, is there an oath and expiation upon him if he eats at the place of those he spoke about?
Answer
I say, and with God's success: "haram" is one of the terms of an oath, so the oath is valid with it, and a expiation is required if one breaks it, and God knows best.
