Question

A woman wanted to go to a visit on one of the occasions, and there was an argument with her husband. He swore by God or by the children, I don't remember, and he doesn't remember what he swore by. He is angry, and we don't recall if he swore by divorce. I am obliged to attend this visit, so what should I do?

Answer

I say, and with God's success: You should not go; because if he swears by divorce and you go, then the divorce will take place, and God knows best.
