The Necessity of the Agreed Upon Dowry After Death, Not Its Value
A woman has been married for seven years, and her husband passed away recently. He had written her a dowry recently worth 150,000 SYP. How much should she take from the inheritance, the value of the dowry from seven years ago or the value of the dowry now?

I say, and with Allah's success: What was named in the contract is required, without regard to its value, even if its value has changed from that time to this time. And Allah knows best.
