Question
What is the ruling on the multiple prostrations of recitation in a single reading of a part of the Quran, for example, is one prostration sufficient for them?
Answer
I say, and with God's success: If a single verse of prostration is repeated in the reading during one sitting, only one prostration is required. However, if there are multiple verses of prostration because verses from different surahs are read, a separate prostration is required for each verse of prostration, even if it is one sitting. And God knows best.
