The Mother's Refusal to Contribute Financially Despite Her Ability
I am a divorced woman living with my mother, and I am the one spending on the house, including paying the water and electricity bills, while my mother completely refuses to help me even though she is financially capable.

I say, and with God's guidance: Let your actions be of kindness to your mother and doing good to her, as long as you are able to do so, and God will not let your deeds go to waste. If you are unable, it is possible for people of virtue to intervene to resolve the issue, but do not let such a thing be a reason for disobedience to your mother. And God knows best.
